EXPEDercise - Adventure Fitness Training

EXPEDercise a full body workout, involving a brisk walk of nordic/military style cross country walking and a shuffle (a jog) utilising the natural environment for body conditioning, resistance training using high-intensity aerobics to strength build, develop muscular endurance and core strength.
The EXPEDercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises within the trail route set out by your EXPEDercise Leader.
All our staff are physical training and/or outdoor activity professionals, which is what makes our EXPEDercise Leaders different, and some may be ex Armed Forces, giving them that extra edge and experience to deliver an unique training experience for your next adventure. They are also first aid trained.
